HE IS RISEN — Hallelujah!
In this Easter week, where we are celebrating the good news of our resurrected Christ, I thought I’d bring more goodness your way about our dear country, Nigeria. Which, as always, comes with loads of caution too.
My dreams below detail some interesting things the Lord has planned for Nigeria come 2025. It will be the era of the new: The New Nigeria!
Trump, Post-Nigerian Crisis, and the Biometric Storage Device
On 7th October 2022, I saw a post-Nigerian crisis situation in my dream, where President Donald Trump visited Nigeria. By this time, Trump was president of the U.S. again, and Nigeria had a cordial and respectful relationship with the U.S. In fact, it seemed the U.S. even built an official presidential lodge in Nigeria, perhaps because of the frequency of visits. This lodge was where Trump stayed when he arrived.
Trump liked Nigeria and came to ask to buy Nigeria. He wanted Nigeria to be a noncontiguous state of the U.S., much like Alaska and Hawaii. He hoped to take advantage of the aftermath of the Nigerian crisis to get Nigeria at a bargain (and Nigeria sure was a bargain in the state that it was in this dream). So he made an offer to kick off the negotiation process, a ridiculous first offer that is not unusual for a businessman like Trump.
Then the scene changed, and I saw some Nigerians, the remnant from the crisis, in a queue trying to get three items: a passport, a visa (mostly American), and a biometric storage media device. This medium had a ring in the middle like a doughnut or compact disc, was made of transparent rubber or plastic, and had some wing-like shape when opened.
It stored an individual’s biometric details, including fingerprint data, and was read by a special machine. The biometric passport issued to Nigerians since 2007 already has these features, but this device I saw was different. All Nigerians seeking to travel outside of Nigeria needed to have this device.
Nigeria was peaceful again.
2025 and The New Nigeria
On 4th March 2023, I was in a dream discussing some spiritual things with a friend. Then along the line, I spoke these words to him:
Mark my words, except it’s not the Word of the Lord: In two years, Nigeria will be the No. 2 country in the world after the U.S.
My friend was shocked. He looked at me, stunned in disbelief, so I repeated my words to him. I explained that even the U.S. would only be above Nigeria because of its military and economy. He was speechless.
Then I sensed that my words were based partly on a Kim Clement prophecy about Nigeria. On waking, I couldn’t pinpoint any specific Kim Clement prophecy that speaks directly to this except the one he gave on 9th April 2011, a week before Nigeria’s 2011 presidential elections. Here’s an excerpt:
Nigeria, God has great plans for you, great plans for you — but it is still in your hands to decide. For the light of Christ wants to shine and bring destruction, yes destruction, to the opposing forces of hell. They will try and say, ‘We will outlaw certain Christian values.’ Pray, that what may emerge will be a Prince of Light, a Prince of Righteousness.
What a powerful word.
Finally, I saw that the U.S. was so shocked at Nigeria’s meteoric rise that it wanted to charge Nigeria a 12% economic tax as some kind of kickback for Nigeria’s rapid growth. Kickback because it would be unwanted, possibly illegal, and perhaps disguised as trade tariffs, just like the Trump Tariffs on China and some other countries in 2018.
This is a warning to Nigeria’s presidents to be smart and cautious when dealing with the U.S. on economy and trade, especially from 2025.
2025 is a reality, so please do not slack in your prayers for Nigeria. God is intentional about our country, and His New Nigeria is here soon. .It’s my prayer that we all shall be alive to witness it, in Jesus’s name. Amen!

1. Kim Clement’s Prophecy
Prophet Kim Clement is known for giving prophecies about events, often many years ahead of them. So, it isn’t so surprising that he would give a word about the New Nigeria from as far back as 2011.
From his prophetic word above, it is clear that God intends to bring a huge revival to Nigeria, both in the church and the political sphere. However, this comes with a condition of prayer! Prophet Kim says to pray that “what may emerge will be a Prince of Light, a Prince of Righteousness.”
By now, with the results of our just-concluded presidential elections on 25th February, we must realize that our actions alone are not enough; in fact, they are probably futile. Prayer must be involved to ask for God’s intervention in our affairs, which is the only way to lasting change in Nigeria.
So, pray. Pray that the Prince of Light emerges in Nigeria!
2. The Remnant & The Ruins
One morning, while I was praying about the angel-of-death warning that God asked me to release, He gave me a set of scriptures that captured what He was about to do in Nigeria. In one of those scriptures, God talked about a “remnant that will return”:
20 In that day, the remnant of Israel, the survivors of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the Lord, the Holy One of Israel. 21 A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God. 22 Though your people be like the sand by the sea, Israel, only a remnant will return. Destruction has been decreed, overwhelming and righteous. 23 The Lord, the Lord Almighty, will carry out the destruction decreed upon the whole land. (Isaiah 10:20–23)
In other words, just as God caused only a remnant to return to Israel after He had cleaned up their land, the same shall happen in Nigeria when He is done with us. It is why I found the word “remnant” used in this post-Nigerian crisis dream interesting. It confirms what God told me that morning. God is reminding us of the cleanup work He wants to do in the country so that we repent and stay close to Him in the days ahead. He is the only one that can count us worthy of being among the remnant He intends to have and use in the New Nigeria.
Finally, God has consistently spoken to me about a coming existential crisis in Nigeria, and this makes me believe this event cannot be averted, only alleviated. In the post-Nigerian crisis dream above, I saw Nigeria in ruins—so much destruction of property and loss of lives (another reason why there was a “remnant”). This was the aftermath of the crisis, but I do not believe this is what God wants for us. Yes, a crisis will come, but God revealed this part so we can pray earnestly against it.
This is an important warning! Keep praying for Nigeria till the dust settles.
3. The No. 2 country in the world after the U.S.
My interpretation of the phrase “the No. 2 country in the world after the U.S.” would be that Nigeria will be the second-greatest country on planet Earth come 2025. Period! And this would make sense, especially if we do not consider the “after the U.S.” peg. Plus, I’ve wanted this for my Nigeria. We have always had the potential to be a really great country, and I know our God will take us there.
But now, when we consider the U.S. peg in that phrase, there could be a slight change in interpretation. It could mean that on whatever list of best countries, most powerful countries, most powerful militaries, or largest economies in the world, come 2025, Nigeria will always be the second country following the U.S. on such lists!
And, perhaps, with more time, Nigeria could even go higher than the U.S. I mean, “what God cannot do does not exist!” The Lord added that even the U.S. would only be above Nigeria because of its current dominant military and economic power. Meaning that, at some point in the future, Nigeria could also be No. 1! Marvellous.
Now, here lies a warning to us Nigerians. We have all gone through so many cycles of evil governance and terrible situations in our country that the prospect of a Nigeria as a great country on the world stage, no less by 2025, sounds ridiculous to us. It’s understandable. But you see, thinking that way about the word of the Lord is quite dangerous, as it can put us at risk of receiving the same punishment of the king’s foolish minister in 2 King 7:
1 Elisha replied, “Hear the word of the Lord. This is what the Lord says: About this time tomorrow, a seah of the finest flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.” 2 The officer on whose arm the king was leaning said to the man of God, “Look, even if the Lord should open the floodgates of the heavens, could this happen?” “You will see it with your own eyes,” answered Elisha, “but you will not eat any of it!” (2 Kings 7:1–2)
Please, do not use your mouth to bring wahala for yourself. It’s better for you not to say anything about this word from God, than for you to say that it cannot happen. I assure you that’s the fastest way to die by 2025. I mean, just ask that foolish officer.
If this is the God of the universe we are talking about, the one who created the whole world in just six days, then making Nigeria the second-greatest country on Earth in two years is just too cheap for Him. Period! Please, let’s be wise.
Finally, as said, becoming one of the world’s greatest countries in just two years is no small feat. And to have it happen by 2025? Wondrous! Again, it can only be by the hand of God, who has counted Nigeria worthy to receive such honour on the world stage. But we must remember why God is doing this for Nigeria.
He is not doing it so that Nigeria can boast and do mundane things; No. God is only doing this so that His army in Nigeria would rise. He wants Nigeria to have a voice on the world stage that His rising army can leverage to preach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to billions worldwide. Think of Apostle Paul and his Roman citizenship. A strong Nigeria will likewise be a defense for our missionaries and a platform for God’s message. That’s the reason for His New Nigeria.
We will remain on top as long as we stay faithful to this divine national assignment. But the moment Nigeria loses sight of this assignment is the moment Nigeria’s decline restarts. We will do well to always remember this. A prime example of how far Nigeria can fall would be the United States of America. But thankfully, by His mercies, the United States will also soon be restored to its original assignment of spreading the gospel worldwide.
Nigeria is God’s son, and so we must serve Him!
4. What does this all mean for the naira and the Nigerian passport?
Following the series of dreams the Lord gave me on the Nigerian crisis, I began advising folks to store their money more in dollars. And looking at the past year, it was the right call. However, now, I would strongly advise you to be watchful about the dollars you have stored up. This is because God is about to do something extraordinary in Nigeria, which may not be so great for other countries, including the U.S.
Again, becoming one of the world’s greatest countries in two years is no small feat. For that to happen, we must think about the scale of what needs to happen to many top countries in the world right now, which won’t be so palatable. A series of unfavorable world events may cause serious disruptions to these world economies. At the same time, Nigeria will be developing rapidly at an insane rate because, remember, all of this has to happen in the next two years!
Consequently, we will see a situation where the Nigerian Naira will become one of the world’s most powerful currencies, and the U.S. dollar and many other currencies will lose some relevance. This would be a consequence of Nigeria’s rise in world affairs, which will also translate to Africa’s rise.
We are also going to see a situation where the Nigerian passport will now be respected on the world stage. Nigerians will present their iconic green passports, and respect will follow it. Gone will be the days of Nigerians being subjected to secondary inspections at ports of entry simply because they are Nigerian. By this time, God would have dealt seriously with all those giving Nigeria a bad name, and Nigeria would now be known for righteousness!
Therefore, if you are in the diaspora right now, I advise you to please keep your Nigerian passport, regardless of whether you now have a second passport. In the near future, your Nigerian passport will be one of your most valuable assets, and you will abandon the other ones after a while. Nigeria will be Wakanda on steroids 😁 (err, some very smart person here is still doing yimu right now 😏).
Anyway, finally, there is a silent warning here for my fellow Nigerians planning to japa to any top country in the next two years. Again, I advise you to do it prayerfully. There will be shakings in many of these countries in these next two years, even as it is happening in Nigeria too. The Lord has shown me some, and I plan to write about them soon. Do not jump from frying pan to a fire that wasn’t intended for you. Just stay close to your God for your daily living. But if you still must leave, pray earnestly about it, and only move as He leads!
5. The Biometric Storage Media Device
The Nigeria Immigration Service already issues biometric passports today (also called e-passports) and even recently launched an enhanced version. So I was a little curious why the Lord still highlighted a separate biometric storage media device in my dream. But as news circulated this week that Governor Peter Obi, one of the frontline candidates in the 25th February presidential election, was detained at Heathrow Airport on Good Friday, 7th April, due to a duplicate passport offense, my eyes began to open.
That news was wild to me. I never thought it would be possible to duplicate an individual’s e-passport, let alone that of a famous person. I mean, one of the reasons for the e-passport was to prevent duplication. So that got me thinking that, obviously, this e-passport technology wasn’t perfect, and maybe more duplication cases like Governor Obi’s could spur further innovation into this tech that would result in a biometric storage device like the one I saw in my dream.
And perhaps at that time, this media device would still be issued as part of the Nigerian passport itself and not separately, just like the existing e-passport technology. This makes sense since the Nigerians I saw in my dream were also trying to get visas, which are also stamped on passports.
6. Trump Offers and Tariffs
From my dream above, Trump would most likely be the U.S. president our president will deal with from 2025, at least for another 2–3 years. I liked Trump as president; he did his job well. He is also a savvy businessman who could sometimes be ruthless. He knows how to exploit loopholes all too well.
Again, this is a super warning to all Nigerian Presidents from 2025. The Trump offers and tariffs will come. BE SMART! Negotiate in good faith, but crosscheck and ensure you get the upper hand. Nigeria’s blessings in the coming years are God-given, do not sell them out for a morsel of bread!
7. The Black Exodus
Right now, there are many Nigerians in so many countries that, at this rate, one could claim that there is a Nigerian in almost every country of the world, just like the Americans and the Jews. And God, in His infinite wisdom, has used these countries to train Nigerians in various important crafts, just like He used Egypt to train the Israelites. It hasn’t been the best of experiences for many Nigerians, just like it wasn’t for the Israelites too. But now, the tide is changing.
The ultimate consequence of the emergence of the New Nigeria as one of the greatest countries on Earth will be what I call: The Black Exodus. “Exodus” because it will be similar to the Israelite Exodus detailed in the Bible. God will judge the gods of the land, and then we will see a situation where many Nigerians in the diaspora will return home to Nigeria, just like the Israelites returned to Israel from Egypt.
Some will stay back to continue the work of the gospel, but a vast majority will return to Nigeria. It will be a glorious moment for Nigeria, which could spell disaster for many of these host countries. This is because Nigerians now occupy many important jobs in those countries.
However, this departure is inevitable, and these countries will do well to prepare ahead for it. The only reason why this black exodus hasn’t happened yet is because of a dysfunctional Nigeria. The world has waited long for this black nation to take its place on the world stage, and it will finally be happening in 2025! Praise be to God!
Therefore, if you are Nigerian in the diaspora or planning to be, be hopeful about your country. Don’t sell all your properties in Nigeria on the assumption that Nigeria will never be great and you will never return. That’s a lie of the devil. Be wise; invest instead, and perhaps use this knowledge to gain a first-mover advantage (err, not financial advice).
Nigeria will again be the land of opportunities, the Nigeria of our dreams, the Giant of Africa. A nation of global relevance. A nation of righteousness, where corruption is in the past. A nation where its anthem would no longer be a prayer but a reality.
Nigeria will be great, and by God, it will happen in two years!
