Warburton Mayer Pike (1861-1915) was an English explorer of British Columbia and the Canadian Arctic. Pike was born in Wareham, Dorset.

Warburton Pike, a naturalist, author, adventurer, miner and philanthropist who lived on the island of Saturna in British Columbia in the late 19th century.

This hike is extraordinary and well worth the time. It's a good 10 min drive up a steep dirt road that is shared by traffic in both directions.
