I have an outlet behind my couch and there's no room for a plug in anything without risk of bending and breaking cause its right up against the couch, it's crucial that we have somewhere to plug in our phones. I bought this to allow me to extend the plug up to the back of the couch where we can plug in our USB powered devices plus anything electrical like the vacuum. it has definitely served its purpose, outstanding product. definitely feels like a well quality product. nothing cheap or something I have to worry about breaking and falling apart.

In the screenshots, this extension's plug appears to have the cord pointed to the right. What I got doesnt match the screenshot. Instead, this plug is pointed diagonal to the right. I'm disappointed because that was the whole reason I purchased this in the first place, I wanted something pointing directly to the right. 🙄

Picture is how product was received (loose in a box that was damaged and had clearly been ripped open prior). Funnily, I did order a used one as well for a spare while I travel because Amazon Warehouse deals have been good to me thus far, but I didn't expect to spend $2 more for a used product purchased as new and I certainly didn't expect that from Anker. At any rate, besides that issue the cord seems to work great, it is small but fits what I need it to charge and it more than fits in the little nook I need it for behind my couch. Thus far everything plugged in charges normally — Nintendo Switch procon, Chromebook, and a Nintendo Switch Lite thus far. Can't speak to whether it does fast charging for iPhones or if it'll hold up yet but fingers are crossed as Anker quality usually doesn't disappoint! 5/5 for the product itself so far, but knocking a star for upcharging used items as "new".

Bought six. One for each nightstand in our primary bedroom, one each for the other bedrooms, and one for the living room. Great for charging devices that require or favor a USB-A connection. Just tried an Anker alternative with one USB-C and two USB-A ports, but the USB-A ports did not provide continuous charging power. So I returned it, bought two USB-C to USB-A ports, and am once again using these two power strips.
