I recently was gifted a gaming tablet, and needed to pick up a new surge protector to help prevent power surges. I am quite familiar with Anker's battery backup products so I reasoned that they would be a good option for a surge protector. When it arrived I set it up. The cord was just the right length. I didn't need something too long. There were ample plug for other devices, and it had a streamlined facade that allowed it to fit comfortably out of the way. I will be looking to Anker for other power management needs.

I became a big advocate for this brand after I owned this particular item for about 8 months and had it pulled out from it's original spot while rearranging our living room. While the surge protector was sitting out, plugged in, with other things plugged in to it as well - my older cat knocked over a tumbler full of water and it spilled directly onto this! I reacted within 30 seconds or so, but not before I heard a click and the protector had shut off. This saved us from a disaster, I am certain!! I bought another one, same item, to replace it and I recommend this brand to everyone.

Not much to say. It is the same size as my previous one, but has 2 additional power ports along with USB ports, which is a nice little added bonus. Appearance is super nice, and it is just like any other surge protector, where you plug it in and you are good to go.Easy to use, the lights on it are not super distracting (I hide mine away since my eyes are sensitive to bright lights), and it is a reasonable thickness. Not much to say like I said in the beginning. Good value, no complaints.

It's very good in general, with several outlets, all well spaced out. I'm deducting a star because fast charging doesn't work with other usb ports in use. What this means essentially is that if you want fast charging to work, it's as if it only had one usb-c port because you can't use the other two. As a matter of fact, just having any cable plugged in to the other two, without charging something at that moment, still stopped fast charging for me
