November 27, 2024I bought one, it seemed great. I have a case on it and always have. I was amazed when I put my phone in my cars cupholder and while turning it slightly moved aside and shattered the screen with nearly 0 force. The screen then turned green and all LEDs failed to work rendering it useless. I paid $450 to replace it, and within a single week of using my new phone, I went to shut it off, pressed the power button, and the screen cracked right night to the power button from the miniscule force my finger pushed the button with. Will never buy another samsung product again, its embarassing that I was unintelligent enough to buy the 2nd one. Designed to break nearly instantly from nothing. Camera is amazing when the phone is bought, but quickly starts to lose quality and run much slower after only weeks. Lots of issues connecting to cars and using android auto. Very weak charging port that is likely to break
Big disappointment

November 1, 2024I've been with Samsung since my first Note 3 phone. All these years I was very happy with their phones. Not anymore! After I bought S23 ultra I feel like I was tricked! High end phone with miserable results! Main complaint- 200 mp camera! It is impossible to turn off so called intelligent optimization on 200 mp camera. After optimization my pics are ruined. Colors are way too pronounced, artificial and even ridiculous. I was patiently waiting for Samsung to fix this, especially since way too many people complained on inteligent optimization. It'd be nice if they'd actually listen their customers and give us an option to turn off intelligent optimization and enjoy power of 200 mp camera but they did not! I'm going to sell this phone and go with Samsung's biggest competitor. You lost another customer - permanently!
Terminally flawed software

February 1, 2024I've had Samsung (Android) phones since they were first created and I have never had a problem.
However, over the last 2 months I have had no end of trouble. Two different phones (Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy S23 Ultra) have decided to ask me for a password instead of the pattern / fingerprint that I had configured. Since I didn't set a password there was no way for me to access the phone. This resulted in having to perform a factory reset on the phone and I lost everything, TWICE!
I don't know whether the offending software belongs to Google or Samsung, but the operating system is fundamentally flawed. It is capable of reverting to Password only even when no password is set. If no password is configured, the password option should be disabled (it isn't rocket science).
When I called Samsung for advice, I was told quickly what the solution was, so it's obviously obviously a well known problem. I also found reference to this fault online going back several years, so it isn't a new problem either. This should have been fixed by now

July 7, 2024Performance:Great phone.
Best Feature:Camera zoom and screen
Product Quality:S24ultra is a good phone overall
Been using the phone for 2 weeks now so I can give a fair review. First of all phone is 💯 legit! I also use an iPhone so I can say the camera performance of this phone is great, except on low light, but a little editing can fix that. I got the S928B/dual sim + 1esim variant which I specifically requested from the seller. I originally ordered the Titanium Yellow color but I contacted the seller to ask for the variant I wanted but only the titanium orange color was available by the time I placed my order. I even asked them to hold on the shipping just in case a yellow color becomes available. Thes seller catered to all my request and the packaging was also great. Thank you seller for helping me get the variant I wanted. I really appreciate it! 😊 Also kudos to the delivery personnel who handled the shipment, the phone and all the freebies arrived safely.
